• Supports 200-mA Peak Output systems that require very little idle-state power

• 2% Accuracy Over Temperature dissipation. These devices have thermal-shutdown,

1.2 V to 6.5 V added safety.

• Thermal Shutdown and Overcurrent Protection Shutdown mode is enabled by pulling the EN pin low.
